Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts wanted to reposition its Pollak Society supporters’ group with a more contemporary look and clearer pitch to potential donors. Carrie Culpepper worked with the School of the Arts’ Development team on event strategy for the group’s 2013 year and to establish language to set the group apart from competitors in the market. The resulting brochure was mailed with an invite to join the group.

Later that year, I headed up an initiative to rebrand the Pollak Society, pulling in Release the Hounds branding firm to work on a redesign of the group’s event invitations. The resulting design won awards with both AIGA and The Richmond Show.
